  • Contract Negotiation – Reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating payer contracts for better terms.
  • MACRA & MIPS Reporting – Full compliance support, from data tracking to submission.

2. Payment Terms

  • Revenue Care MD charges 5% of monthly collections as the standard service fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Responsibilities & Limitations

  • Revenue Care MD is committed to accurate claim submission, payer follow-up, and compliance with industry standards.
  • We are not responsible for delays, denials, or rejections caused by provider-side errors, missing documentation, or payer policies outside our control.

  • We act as a trusted partner to our clients, working together through every challenge.

4. Term & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written or verbal notice.
  • Immediate termination may apply in cases of fraud, breach of confidentiality, or non-payment.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared by the client.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • Revenue Care MD adheres to HIPAA compliance in handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • All client and patient data is stored securely using encrypted cloud storage with restricted staff access.
